We are also told that Variant Humans still make up a negligible percent of humanity in Blades and Barriers.

And that the most common type of VHs are Shifters.

Let's assume that Variant Humans make up a 10th of 1% of the population(Making them the smallest minority in America).

So if you live in an averaged sized city with a population of: 200,000

The amount of Variant Humans you could find would be about: 200

And since Powereds outnumber Supers 2-to-1 then it would be:

WANT - Teleportation. Doesn't even have to be as good as mister transport.
HATE - Healing. I'm a private person, so to have a popular and loved power would be annoying. Worse still if it's really GOOD healing. Because I'd never be left alone, but I'd feel compelled to use it to help people even if it made me miserable.
DESERVE - Plant or Animal manipulation. I was a combination of nerdy, athletic, and outdoorsy that had other kids in school calling me 'tree boy'.

This about generating a Variant Human within the boundaries of the Super Powereds world:
Rules:

1: Only one core power.(You can have all the auxiliaries that are listed however.)

2: You can have Omni or Omni-esque powers but no one can be unbeatable. So every power must have a limitation to it.

3: Supers Are Protected From (And Capable With) Their Powers.(Ex: You can't teleport yourself inside of an object.)

How To Make Your Power:
1)Use the top link.

2)Roll a 1D2, or flip a coin, to determine whether or not you need to shift into a different form.(1: Non-Shifter 2:Shifter.) Physiology powers are Shifter by default unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The rest of these will depend heavily on what kind of power you get.

3)Roll a 1D3 to determine whether or not your power is internal, external, or both.(1:In 2:Ex 3:Both)

3)Roll a 1D20 to determine range( Nat1: Touch based, 2-19:10s of Meters, Nat20: Adaptable Range)

4)Roll a 1D4 for your type of energy manipulation(1:Constructs 2:Blaster 3:Emitter(Waves) 4:All)

5)Roll a 1D20 for how many creatures you can summon(Nat20: Adaptable and ever increasing.)

6)Unless power is explicitly stated to be incapable of increasing damage potential(NTC); Roll a 1D4 for your Damage rating(1: Standard 2: Demolition 3:Manhattan 4: Armageddon)

Demolition: The Demolition Class covers those who, if left unchecked, could level entire city blocks.

Manhattan: The Manhattan Class covers those who are capable of inflicting damage of similar impact and scale to a nuclear bomb.

Armageddon: The Armageddon Class is the final and highest-ranking position of the damage rating. Those under this category are capable of destruction on a global scale.

Regardless, I will be adding my own story soon; I was hoping for feedback, but that seems fairly unlikely at this point.

Ah well, I'll still get a kick out of writing it!

Also, I'm rewriting Legacy from scratch. Well, not really scratch. There's just some things that I want to add to the story that I can add without starting from the beginning. To be honest, it's a fanfiction, and I think that means that it can be a more free flowing media than a facebook post. I mean, I like you guys, you're pretty chill, so I don't see you getting worked up over this. At least, the regulars among you that read... the... forum... sorry, I'm laughing a bit here. Right, you guys take care and let me know what you think. I'm not publishing till I get a good thirty or so pages in. I don't know how long chapters will be, but they should be the usual 5-7 pages you guys are used to.

However, there's a few trip ups that I think are going to need time, and one of those is transitions. You'll see, unless I ditch the idea. You got about 50/50 odds there.
