Well, it took a couple of years, but I finally came back.
Reread all of Drew’s works, and got caught up in that feeling of wanting just a little bit more. Pulled the fan-fiction I had started out of the mothballs, and gave it a good cleaning.
Been writing the story for a couple of weeks now. Got a fairly solid idea of the entire outline. Definitely different than what I originally intended, but still works off the initial rough draft. There will be four books, and four years of the Hero Certification Program. With the occasional mystery and twist added, naturally.
No fanfare, and no promises this time. I’m going to write until I hit a stopping point. Don’t have a clue when that will be, but I’d like to get through Year 1 before then.
So… enjoy. It’s definitely been fun for me to return to the world of Superpowereds, and I hope it will be for you as well.
